Descriptive The Beach That Etched Into My Heart

This descriptive essay focuses on the beach I will not forget.

The sky was beautiful, with its endless, borderless flow and clarity. Blue is not all that blue. There’s a bit of gold too. The white fluffy clouds hanging from the heavens seemed almost invisibility. Although invisible in the vast, infinite heaven above, they were visible to my naked eye. My eyes widened as I walked along the beach. I could feel my soul being fluttered by the vastness of the sky. All my worries, all my fear, all my doubts vanished. All my stress, all my despair, all of it was gone. It was beautiful. The sun was setting slowly, but the sky was still shining its brilliant light. The sky was stained with luminous colours.

The aureate light of stars was visible at a distance. It lit up the sky quietly, almost like a mouse. The boundary between the sky & sea could be seen far away. They appeared to have merged into one. One creature, one being. The sea was a blue, cerulean gown. The sea was transparent, but it was blue. The water was transparent and blue. The waves were white like creases on a large bale of velvet as I walked along the shore. Deep down, I felt the ocean was a living paradise. The sea is a living masterpiece, with countless species of fishes and mammals as well as crustaceans. Tiny yachts floated in the water, creating a rhythm so soothing that the waves continued to play with them. The sea was awash with jagged rocks that stood tall like pillars. They were covered with emeraldgreen vines that intertwined in a unique pattern. The sea roared against the earth, and I could hear it in the distance. It was a constant, never-ending battle between nature’s two forces. A tiny, red-colored crab skittered on the beach below me. It left tiny footprints on sand.

The sky seemed darkened a little and the sounds of people screaming became quieter. The distant roaring sounds of waves seemed calmer and more peaceful. A few meters away, the palm trees stood in rows in order to obey the waves. A gentle cooling breeze blowing through the palms effected a graceful serenity in the trees. Under them lay a forest of green bushes. It was endlessly deep and lush, like a rainforest.

Walking down the beach, I was overwhelmed by the ocean’s smell. I saw no trace of human beings. I was in complete harmony with the nature. I found a tiny cave that had been magnificently carved and sculpted over time by the sea. It was tiny, but still very unique. It was so quiet inside that I could hear water droplets falling down rocks. This soon turned into a tiny river and eventually returned to the sea. I was able to smell the sea slowly disappearing and only the wonders of this area could be seen. The ceiling sparkled like a twilight, like diamonds in display. The sound came back quickly, but this was calmer and more soothing. I could feel the warmth of my home. It felt like paradise was calling me. It was like a secret place from my fears, my sicknesses, and my weaknesses. I came here every time. It was always where I went. It is possible for time to pass, but it can also be shortened.

The beach will never leave and it will remain there forever. The beach is where water meets land, where wonders are kept and where doubts flee. I felt tingling in my cheek as the cool breeze rushed towards me. It was now time to go. As the waves slowed down, the distant palm trees and yachts dancing in wind lost their luster, it became easier for me to get on my way. It was all gone. I wrote this descriptive essay but I was still aware that the memories were forever ingrained in my soul.
